Guess who’s back? Beyonce has shocked the world again by dropping a new song and video without warning. On Saturday (Feb. 6), Queen Bey dropped the single and video for “Formation.” The clip marks the R&B diva’s first solo material since “7/11” back in 2014.

Beyonce stop the world and told her Beyhive (aka “her fans”) to fall into “Formation” when she released the video. The clip is now a trending topic on Twitter. In the visual, Queen King Bey wants everyone to know “ya’ll haters corny with that Illuminati mess.”

But above all, the pop-heavy beat is the perfect combination of “hood,” “creole” and a “Texas bama” coming together with the like of entertainment’s elite and that guy Bill Gates. In fact, let Beyonce tell it and she “just might be a Black Bill Gates in the making.”

Beyonce and her backup dancers take viewers on a ride through the gritty streets of post-Hurricane Katrina New Orleans. The squad is dancing in the parking lot of a mini-mall, a mansion and at a recreation center swimming pool.

The highlight of the clip is when Beyonce is baptize in the waters of New Orleans on top of a NOPD police car.

Overall, Beyonce simply slays in this visually stunning video that will certainly get repeated views on views.
