Bobby Shmurda won’t see freedom anytime soon. The embattled rapper’s trial on conspiracy, gun and drug charges has been pushed back until September.

According to XXL, Kati Cornell, the Director of Public Information at the Office of the Special Narcotics Prosecutor in New York, announced on Monday (May 9) that Shmurda’s trial that was set to begin on May 12 has been postponed until Sept. 12.

The delay was requested by the four attorneys Alex Spiro, who’s representing Shmurda, Javier Solano, who is representing Rowdy Rebel, Kevin Canefield, who is represent Cueno and Leslie Jones-Thomas, who is representing Montana Flea.

This is the fourth postponement of Shmurda’s trial since his arrest in December 2014. Since then, the 21-year-old rapper had his bail denied on several occasions.

Last month, Shmurda filed a Federal lawsuit against the New York Police Department for false arrest stemming from a June 2014 raid in Brooklyn, N.Y. The “Hot Boy” rhymer claims police entered the apartment that he was in without a search warrant and harassed him while they were searching through the residence.

Police maintains that Shmurda was trying to hide a gun inside a couch, however, Shmurda maintains neither the gun, nor drug paraphernalia found in the apartment belong to him.

Then, on top of that, a member of Shmurda’s G Stone Crips Crew was discovered washed up in “cement shoes” in Brooklyn on May 2. Peter Martinez was found wrapped in plastic bags with duct tape on his face and 100 pounds of cement covering his feet, according to police sources.

Overall, Shmurda has a long battle ahead of him. Hopefully, he can persevere through his legal predicaments. Keep your head up, Bobby Shmurda.
