If you’re a Drake fan, you have cause to get excited. The OVO leader is set to open his L.A. pop-up shop on Wednesday night (Sept. 7).
From then, it’s scheduled to remain open until Saturday (Sept. 10). And according to Drizzy, it’ll have tour merchandise as well as “exclusive” revenge merchandise. No word yet on what surprises Drake may have in store though.
The latest pop-up comes after Drake saw success in his New York pop-up shop last month where fans received free T-shirts. But, the pop-up shop won’t be the only reason that Drake is on the west coast. His “Summer Sixteen” tour is also heading out towards Cali. (We should also note that Drake’s touring partner, Future, is also scheduled to open his own pop-up shop in Los Angeles as they did in New York.)
But as for Drake, the OVO leader has been putting in work lately. He’s also slated to open up a club in Beyonce’s hometown, Houston, dubbed The Ballet.
“Tonight is a different take on how it should be done in Houston,” he wrote in an Instagram post announcing the club. “Treat yourself don’t cheat yourself. Where the women are on a pedestal and the surroundings are unforgettable. The Ballet pop up tonight for HAW. Grand opening early 2017.”
At the club’s opening, he continued the message: “There’s a culture out there of dancing and it’s not about no strip club s—. It’s about these amazing women that we’ve got in one spot, the music that we’ve got, and the Houston culture that we got. I just wanna let you know that I’m going to bring it to you in the most honest and genuine way possible.”
