There may be a brewing Vic Mensa and Chance the Rapper beef and we didn’t even know it. A now-since deleted picture Mensa posted on his Instagram page subtly suggests two of Chicago’s beloved emcees are not getting along.
Hip-Hop Wired have screen captured a photo that Mensa posted on his IG page of what appears to be Chance deliberately blackened out from a photo of him hanging with his “auntie Yonce and Uncle Hov.” That’s Beyonce and Jay Z for those who need a clue.
“My auntie Yonce and Unc tryna fix me up,” Chance wrote yesterday (June 9) on an Instagrapm photo of him and the superstar couple. Earlier this week, he posted a picture of him, Beyonce and Jay, along with Mensa, captioning it, “Coolest thing I did yesterday.”
However, Mensa’s photo, which has been since deleted, deliberately cuts out Chance. Vic doesn’t offer why he cut Chance, a one-time frequent collaborator, out of the picture.
As of now, the so-called beef is just speculation but pictures do speak a thousand words.
