Kanye West’s WAVES (or untitled for now) is coming out on Feb. 11. The days leading up to the release have been filled with awesome studio photos featuring everyone from Kendrick Lamar to Kirk Franklin. But will Jeremih be part of the long list of collaborators?
During an interview with Billboard, Jeremih revealed that he’s been writing for Kanye and Nicki Minaj.
“For the last week we've been doing some writing for Nicki [Minaj], for Kanye [West],” the Chicago singer says. “I'm not sure really where he's at with his album right now, or if he's actually going to use the work that we've done – but if he doesn't use it, I sure will.”
Jeremih also talked about his oft-delayed Late Nights: The Album. While it hasn’t been set in stone yet, he’s been mulling over this title: Later That Night.
“Late Nights: The Album – I'm glad the world has finally soaked it in, and is marinating in it, but you best believe I have a whole other late night coming for you real soon: Later That Night,” he said. “I gave them the mixtape, I dropped the album — now I want to give them a complete trilogy of work.”
