After a three-month stint in jail, Kodak Black is finally going home. On Tuesday (Aug. 16), the Florida rapper accepted a plea deal in his case, which stems from his May arrest on multiple charges, including robbery.

According to the Sun-Sentinel, Black, whose real name is Dieuson Octave, pleaded no contest to numerous charges including robbery, false imprisonment, fleeing a law enforcement officer, and possession of a firearm by a delinquent.

In return, Judge Lisa Porter sentenced the 19-year-old rhymer to 12 months of house arrest in an undisclosed location far away from the Pompano Beach public housing development where he grew up. In addition, Black received five years of probation.

In addition, Black will have to undergo anger management counseling and perform 300 hours of community service.

Judge Porter told Black that if makes a mistake again, he’s looking at 55 years in prison. “What happens from here on out is up to you,” she reportedly said to him.

She also withheld adjudication, which would mean Black won’t become a convicted felon and allow him to tour internationally.

Kodak Black’s mom, Marcelene Octave, was at today’s hearing and was satisfied with the outcome. “I love you, baby boy!” she said to her son while exiting the courtroom.
