Up-and-coming rapper Lil Poopy‘s father Luis “Fat Louie” Rivera, was one of 60 people charged in a federal drug and guns raid on Thursday (June 9) in Boston.

WCVB reports that a grand jury indicted Rivera on conspiracy to distribute cocaine and cocaine base after evidence was presented that he was in possession of 280 grams or more “of a mixture and substance containing a detectable amount of cocaine base.”

Rivera, 33, is also accused of being a part of a network of numerous leaders, members, and associates of the 18th Street Gang, the East Side Money Gang and the Boylston Gang.

“It is alleged that these individuals were responsible for fueling a gun and drug pipeline across a number of cities and towns in eastern Massachusetts,” according to a statement issued by the office of U.S. Attorney Carmen Ortiz.

Lil Poopy and his dad gained notoriety with the release of a sexually-charged video in 2013 “Stay Schemin’ (Remix)” that showed the then nine year-old Poopy spanking a woman’s behind and making drug references. “Coke ain’t a bad word, it’s only soda,” Poopy rapped in the song.

Earlier this year, Lil Poopy starred in a Lifetime reality series, The Rap Game, hosted by Jermaine Dupri, though his father only appeared briefly in the series, encouraging his son to win the competition during a phone call.

No word yet on when Rivera will head to court.
