Although Nicki Minaj hasn’t released any new music, she hasn’t been slacking on her business grind. In fact, the Queen Barbz is releasing a new fragrance this week on the Home Shopping Network.
On Wednesday (Oct. 19), Minaj went on her Instagram account to announce her new perfume is called “Trini Girl.” Obviously, the rap superstar is honoring her native Trinidad and Tobago homeland with the fragrance. The photo features the perfume bottle which resembles Minaj herself.
The caption reads: “So excited to launch my newest fragrance #TriniGirl available NOW in the U.K. and Oct 20th in the US via @HSN on The Beauty Report. I’m proud to be an #IslandGirl. What r u proud of?”
Of course, this isn’t the first time Minaj has released a fragrance. In 2014, she dropped Minajesty “Exotic Edition” and in 2013 she launched the Pink Friday “Deluxe Edition.”
In addition to the perfume, Minaj is also promoting Beats by Dre “No-Strings” headphones. In the fun ad, the 33-year-old rhymer joins DJ Khaled, Young M.A., Travis Scott, Amber Rose, Pharrell Williams and Michael Phelps in hyping the accessory while the Pinocchio song “I’ve Got No Strings” plays on.
Again, Nicki Minaj’s “Trini Girl” fragrance will be available on HSN on Thursday (Oct. 20).
