On the Charts: Drake's 'Views' Reclaims Number One news

After a one-week hiatus where Drake graciously let someone else rule the Billboard 200, ‘Views’ was back at Number One for the 10th week.

After a one-week hiatus where Drake graciously let someone else rule the Billboard 200, the rapper-singer's album Views was back at Number One for its 10th week in the top spot. By hitting double-digit weeks as the Number One album, Views joins only 10 other albums to achieve the feat in the past 20 years, a club that includes Adele's 21 and 25, Taylor Swift's Fearless and 1989 and the Titanic soundtrack. Drake is also the only rapper on the list, Billboard reports.

Views "sold" an additional 92,000 copies this week, although like its overall haul, the bulk of that was fueled by stream equivalent albums, or SEAs, that lump together song streams into album sales; 58,000 of this week's total came from SEAs. Views is also 2016's second-biggest-selling album and is just 100,000 copies away from catching Adele's 25.

Number Two this week goes to Schoolboy Q's Blank Face LP, which sold a total of 74,000 copies in its debut week. Of that total, 52,000 came from traditional album sales, making the Los Angeles rapper's latest the week's actual best-selling album. However, Blank Face LP had to settle for second place, a notch lower than Schoolboy Q's Number One debut in 2014 with Oxymoron.

After temporarily knocking Views off the peak, Blink-182's California slid two spots to Number Three with 37,000 copies. Behind that was Twenty One Pilots' Blurryface at Number Four and the Hamilton cast recording at Number Five.

Besides Black Face LP, two more new releases entered into the Top 10: Chevelle's The North Corridor sold 33,000 copies to claim Number Eight, while Switchfoot's Where the Light Shines Through scored Number 10. Rihanna's Anti (Number Six), Beyoncé's Lemonade (Seven) and Adele's 25 (Nine) fleshed out the rest of the Top 10.
