Rick Ross took an L in court this week with his copyright infringement lawsuit against hip-pop group LMFAO.

In 2014, the Miami boss sued the group over their 2010 chart-topping hit “Party Rock Anthem,” which he claims the phrase, “everyday I’m shufflin’” infringes on his quote, “everyday I’m hustlin’” from his 2006 song, “Hustlin’.”

After two years of legal wrangling between Rozay and LMFAO, the judge decided to dismiss the entire case altogether. According to TMZ, the judge looked over Ross’ three separate copyright applications for his song and reportedly found them “inconsistent and incomplete.”

LMFAO’s “Party Rock Anthem” has sold over 7.5 million copies and been used in a variety of video games, commercials and promotional ads.

Attorneys for both Rick Ross and LMFAO had no comment on the matter.
