When it comes to his money, Rick Ross doesn’t play. The Miami bawse has slapped streetwear brand DGK with a lawsuit claiming the company hasn’t been paying him properly.

In his suit, Rozay claims that DGK hired him in March 2015 to promote the brand’s Hustle Sport collection. As part of the deal, Ross would wear their shirts and other gear, which he has done on his social media platforms. For his services, the 40-year-old rapper would be paid $10,000 a month, plus another 7 percent of the profits.

However, DGK (an acronym for Dirty Ghetto Kids) told Ross they were broke in November 2015 and stopped paying him since, reports TMZ. As a result, Ross is suing for $80,000 in back royalties.

Attorneys for DGK had no comment on the matter.

Ross, whose reported net worth is $42 million, recently celebrated the 10th anniversary of his debut album, Port of Miami, with a start-studded concert. Rappers Jeezy, Meek Mill, Rich Homie Quan, Wale, Trick Daddy, Fat Joe, Remy Ma, Trina and Young Greatness all came out to honor Rozay’s impact on Miami and the rap game itself.

If you missed the concert, you can watch in its entirety at TIDAL.
