Snoop Dogg on Securing His Estate: 'I Don't Give a F— When I'm Dead' news

The loss of music icons such as Prince, Afeni Shakur and a number of others have many thinking about their wills and trusts, but not Snoop Dogg.

The 44-year-old rapper says he doesn’t care about his estate. “I don’t give a f— when I’m dead. What am I gonna give a f— about?” said Snoop in an interview with Business Insider. “This goin’ on while I’m gone, you know?”

But the marijuana advocate did have something to offer about his thoughts on the afterlife. “Hopefully, I’m a butterfly,” he said. “I come back and fly around and look at all these motherf—–s fighting over my money and s—, like, ‘Look at all these dumb motherf—–s.’ Ha!”

After Prince’s untimely passing in April 21, he left an estimated $250 million estate and no will. This move has left his family scrambling to take ownership of the Purple One’s priceless estate. On the other hand, Afeni Shakur made sure to protect her late son’s music in the wake of her death. Tupac Shakur’s catalog is under the control of Tom Whalley, a former executive at Warner Bros. Records, who originally signed the later rapper to Interscope Records back in 1990.

Snoop Dogg has been married to his high school sweetheart, Shante Broadus for 26 years. Together, they have four children — three sons and a daughter. He also has a hefty net worth — estimated at $135 million by Celebrity Net Worth. There’s certainly a lot at stake to ensure that they’re taken of.

In the meantime, the Doggystyle creator isn’t letting anything keep him down. Not only is he’s touring with Wiz Khalifa on The High Road tour, he’s also been dropping new music which is reportedly leading to to a new album.

What do you think of the Snoop Dizzle not leaving a will behind? Should he or does it not matter?  Let us know what you think in the comments below!
