Elizabeth Banks and a host of celebrities unveiled a buoyant video of “Our Fight Song,” which serves as a musical endorsement for Hillary Clinton.
Actress Elizabeth Banks co-produced and directed an all-star cast recording and video for Rachel Platton's hit "Fight Song," which features a host of stars from music, television and film. Co-produced by Bruce Cohen and Mike Thompkins, the a capella tune aired after Lenny Kravitz's performance at the Democratic National Convention on Wednesday.
Banks, Sia, Alan Cumming, Aisha Tyler, Connie Britton, America Ferrera, Billy Porter, Eva Longoria, Idina Menzel, Jaime King, Jane Fonda, Julie Bowen, Kathy Najimy and literally dozens of others contributed to the tune, which they renamed as "Our Fight Song," changing the "my fight song" lyric to encompass their collective endorsement of Clinton.
Flanked by colorful backdrops, each person is filmed individually wearing headphones and sings to the camera as they're tiled together in the video while their voices harmonize, rap, sing and or talk-sing. Sia ends the clip by saying "Go Hillary."
Earlier in the week, Banks mocked Donald Trump's showy RNC entrance during her speech at the DNC.
