Troye Sivan returned to ‘The Tonight Show’ with a moody, tender performance of his single “Wild” off his debut album ‘Blue Neighbourhood.’
Troye Sivan made his U.S. television debut seven months ago on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon, not too long after releasing his debut album Blue Neighbourhood. The 21-year-old indie pop star has now returned in the middle of a breakout 2016 to perform his latest single "Wild" for the late night audience.
With his backing band flanking the sides of the stage, they created a little runway for Sivan who moved and danced along to the rhythm of the youthful synth-pop anthem. As an ode to his debut LP, Sivan also spent much of his performance washed in soft blue light as he belted his song.
Sivan recently re-released the Blue Neighbourhood track with help from another young star, Alessia Cara. The "Here" singer added harmonies and a new second verse to the romantic track. This fall, Sivan will embark on his second headlining North American tour. The Suburbia Tour launches in October and runs for a month, with the singer performing in even larger venues than his February tour.
